We haven’t all been in the same room for a while – projects have been keeping us busy, learning and building. Last week, most of us fixed that. (Ilaria and Siva – you were missed.)
We split into groups and spent the day working through where we’re heading – growth areas, what we want to build, how we share knowledge better across the team.
To wind down, we reshuffled into new teams. Over drinks, each group had to pitch something completely wild to the room. One could only speak in questions. (“What do you think of global warming?”) One group pitched a dashboard to a rock, another pitched KPIs to dogs.
We ended the day with delicious food at Florentine.
It was that kind of day. Here’s to more of this.
