Your Role as a Digital Data Specialist
In this role, you will support our customers to utilize customer data and digital analytics to maximize performance and enable data driven decision making. You will aid in translating business goals into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, setting up comprehensive dashboards, and refining requirements for digital measurement.
In this role, you will
- Analyze digital data to extract actionable insights, guiding business strategies and decision-making processes.
- Translate business objectives into measurable goals, defining KPIs and metrics that accurately reflect performance and growth.
- Design and implement user-friendly dashboards that provide real-time insights into key digital metrics.
- Work closely with various teams to refine and enhance digital measurement strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize first-party data to its full potential, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards while maximizing its value for marketing and analytics.
Is this you?
- A detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for digital analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in translating complex data into understandable KPIs and actionable insights.
- Skillful in creating and managing dashboards and reporting tools.
- An ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- You enjoy sharing knowledge and learning new things in the digital marketing area.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Your Experience
- A few years relevant experience in digital analytics or similar, and an interest to develop skills in first-party data management.
- Experience in setting up dashboards and refining digital measurement requirements.
